Overview and Application
This equipment is a kind of frequency conversion device which transforms three-phase power frequency current into single-phase medium frequency current. Through electromagnetic induction, the metal will produce eddy current loss, so as to achieve the purpose of heating and melting. It is used for smelting, heating up, heat preservation and heat transfer before forging, sintering, hot rolling and bending of ferrous or non-ferrous metals and alloy materials such as steel, copper, aluminum, zinc, nickel, gold and silver. It is mainly used in casting and smelting industry.
Performance characteristics I
1. Zero voltage scanning soft start mode is adopted, which can start or stop at any time in any state without impact on the power supply;
2. Rapid smelting, low production cost, low pollution and environmental protection requirements;
3. It can start melting directly from the cold furnace and empty all the solution, so it is convenient to change the type of molten material;
4. The power adjustment is flexible, convenient and can be adjusted continuously and smoothly. The temperature is uniform and easy to control, the oxidation loss is less, and the metal composition is uniform;
5. The furnace shell is made of cast aluminum alloy or steel shell, which occupies a small area. The furnace body is easy to overturn and dump, and the electric, manual, hydraulic and other tilting methods can be selected according to the needs.
6. The inverter angle automatic adjustment circuit is designed, which can automatically adjust the load impedance matching, without adjusting the compensation capacitance, so that the equipment always runs in a good working state;
The melting time and power consumption per ton are closely related to equipment power, raw material shape, raw material weight and workers proficiency;
The equipment is equipped with one power supply, two sets of furnace body, one capacitor cabinet, two reducers, two water cooling cables, etc;

Our products have some outstanding advantages over other manufacturers
1. Equipped with internal circulation pure water cooling system
Equipped with internal circulation pure water cooling system, the equipment can work for a long time without cleaning; it will not stop production or damage electrical power components due to scaling; the service life of the whole machine will be doubled;
Other manufacturers only require users to directly use tap water or groundwater to cool the equipment power supply; they need to regularly use detergent to clean the water circuit of the equipment, and it is very easy to stop production due to poor water quality, resulting in poor heat dissipation or blockage of equipment components after scaling;
And our equipment only requires users to add a small amount of pure water before use, so it can work reliably for a long time.
2. With automatic circuit breaker, with reliable protection function
Short circuit, open circuit, phase loss, power failure, discharge and other circuit abnormalities of the equipment can be cut off quickly; the equipment and power grid can be protected timely and reliably to ensure the safety of production operators.
Other manufacturers usually only have simple switches or no switches. They all require users to equip with distribution cabinets with perfect protection functions. Otherwise, once there is short circuit, lack of protection and other accidents, there will be big accidents without protection;
The equipment of our factory has perfect protection function even if the user has no power distribution cabinet.

Equipment cooling mode
1. The water in the water tank + water pump water tank enters the equipment through the pressure of the water pump, and the outlet water flows back to the water tank for recycling. By flowing water, heat is naturally released
2. The water in the water tank + water pump + cooling tower water tank is pressurized by the water pump to enter the equipment, and the outlet water flows back to the water tank for recycling. The cooling tower emits heat from the water, and the cooling tower uses strong wind to cool the circulating water, which can effectively increase the heat dissipation and reduce the users pool;
3. Water tank + water pump + cooling tower + heat exchanger mode, the external circulating water provided by the user is ordinary water, and the internal circulating water is pure water, which can avoid scaling of electrical components and significantly prolong the service life of the equipment;
4. The closed cooling mode does not need water cooling preparation, and the user does not need to dig a pool to buy a water pump, so the installation is convenient, reliable, fast, energy saving and environmental protection. The strong wind cools the circulating pure water through the cooling pipe, and the pure water loss is very small.
Different power and use of equipment require different cooling water consumption; our technicians will match the capacity of water tank or cooling tower according to the needs of equipment.
