Product introduction
Jd600-y tilting casting machine adopts PLC, travel switch control and hydraulic drive. It has the characteristics of high degree of automation, large opening force, stable and reliable work, large range of process parameter adjustment, simple and convenient operation, convenient loading and unloading of the mold, etc.
Mechanical part: jd-600y inclined casting machine part is composed of fixed mold support plate, top core plate, moving mold plate, moving mold support plate, guide post, guide sleeve, rotary support, buffer, limiter and base.
A gate shaped structure is composed of a movable template, a fixed template, a guide post, a guide sleeve and a connecting plate. The rotary shaft is connected with a bracket installed on the base through a rolling bearing, and the rotary oil cylinder pushes and pulls the bed to rotate horizontally to vertically. The top core part is installed on the fixed die press plate by the top core plate and press plate. Because the gate structure has enough rigidity, it can run smoothly when using larger mold.
The moving die part is composed of moving template, guide pillar, guide sleeve, support and hydraulic cylinder. The template is guided by the guide post and guide rail, and driven by the oil cylinder to open and close.
The top core part consists of top core plate, oil cylinder plate, guide post and hydraulic cylinder. The top core plate is guided by the short guide post and pushed by the top core cylinder. The top core plate of the die ejects the workpiece from the static die.
Hydraulic part
All mechanical movements of jd-600y tilting casting machine are realized by hydraulic system. The whole hydraulic system is composed of variable vane pump, electromagnetic directional valve, pipeline and executive hydraulic cylinder. Under the control of electrical system, all moving parts can work at predetermined working speed and output. The hydraulic cylinders are respectively HSG K90 / 45 type cylinder for bed tilting movement, fa65 / 125 × 152 × 600 type cylinder for action template opening movement and fa50 / 100 × 120 × 50 type cylinder for cylinder top core movement.
Electric control part
The electric control of jd-600y tilting pouring machine is composed of power control part and program control part. The power part controls the start and stop of the hydraulic station. The program control part is mainly composed of PLC, analog module, rotary encoder, etc.

Use and maintenance
Installation and commissioning
The foundation of the machine must be made according to the requirements before installation.
Danger signs or safety isolation shall be set in the rear dangerous area of the machine
Installation content
1. Lock the anchor nut
2. Install the hydraulic oil pipe between the main engine and the hydraulic station
3. Remove the fixed support and check whether the connecting bolts of the stressed parts are tightened
4. Plug in and lock the connecting cables
5. Connect the three-phase power line well
Debugging steps:
1. No one is allowed to stand in the dangerous working area
2. When the main power is connected, the "power indicator" light on the control panel is on. If not, check whether the main power is on. Press the "hydraulic work" button, the hydraulic station motor should rotate counterclockwise, if not normal, check whether the motor wiring is connected reversely.
3. Turn the manual / automatic switch to the manual position.
4. Check whether the Ltd indicator light at the end of the travel switch on the rear buffer bracket of the machine is on. If not, adjust the up, down, front and rear positions of the travel switch so that it can sense the signal accurately and reliably.
5. Turn "tilt / reset" to rotate the bed. If not, check whether the control cable is inserted properly.
6. If the impact of the bed is large in the process of rotation, the parameter setting of the machine must be adjusted. If the bed has obvious vibration during tilting and reset, exhaust the oil circuit.
7. Press the "open" and "close" buttons respectively to move the template up and down. If it is abnormal, check the travel switch and its iron blocking position or control circuit.
8. Press the "top core up" and "top core back" buttons respectively, and the top core plate will act. If not, check the control circuit.
9. Finally, press the "closing" button to close the mold, and press the "90 dumping" button to turn the bed to the horizontal position. Debugging completed.

Operating instructions
Preparation before operation:
Set all process parameters on the touch screen, and reserve at least 5 degrees buffer angle at the start and stop of bed tilting and reset process. If necessary in the process of rotation, the buffer angle should also be set.
Manual operation
Manual operation to check, adjust the operation of each component or to determine the working parameters of automatic operation.
1. Turn on the power switch of the control cabinet
2. Press the "hydraulic station on" button, the hydraulic station starts to work
3. Turn the "manual / automatic" switch to the manual position, and the manual indicator light will be on to enter the manual state. At this time, through the action button operation.
Automatic operation
1. Turn the "manual / automatic" switch to the automatic position
2. When the equipment is in the mold closing state, step down the foot switch or press the "start" button on the console, the bed will tilt according to the predetermined process parameters, solidify and reset, and other work will be completed flexibly by hand according to the process requirements
3. Emergency operation
Emergency operation shall be adopted when emergency shutdown is required in case of accident.
4. Emergency shutdown
Press the "emergency stop" button to stop the machine immediately
5. Shut down in case of sudden power failure
In automatic operation, the power should be cut off when the power is cut off suddenly
6. Restart after emergency stop
6-1 pull out the "emergency stop" button to reset
6-2 turn the "manual / automatic" switch to "manual"
6-3 restore the machine to its original state
6-4 restore the machine to automatic state
7. Shutdown
