Jd-300 hot box core shooter is a kind of vertical parting, semi-automatic and manual core taking hot box core shooter. It is suitable for the requirements of small and medium-sized workpieces in valve, faucet, hardware, hydraulic and pneumatic industries, as well as resin series hot box sand and coated sand core. In particular, it can meet the requirements of copper and aluminum casting industry, adopting three component resin, complex shape and low structural strength hot box process (suitable for molding sand with poor fluidity).

Use and maintenance
Preparation before commissioning
1. Check whether the air pipe and power supply are connected properly;
2. Thoroughly remove the dust, dirt and tools that may be left on the machine after installation;
3. Whether the machine is in the mold open state to ensure the safety of the operator;
5-2 mold installation and adjustment
1. Installation of left and right moulds:
According to the requirements of the core box, first place the core pushing rods of the dynamic and static molds, and then fasten the left and right molds to the mounting plate (heating plate) with four M8 hexagon screws

B close the ball valve in front of the clamping cylinder
C. start the mold closing switch. After the core rod returns to its position, turn the mold closing switch to the middle position
2. Shooting plate installation:
Connect the nozzle with six m8x30 hexagon socket screws and connect the cooling water pipe
3. Die adjustment
1) Center adjustment:
Move the ejector head to the working position, adjust the mobile hand wheel of the movable frame and the adjusting screw of the workbench to make the mold center and the ejector head center most accurate
2) Closing gap adjustment:
Adjust the positioning screw of the fixed die to make the left and right half die close and clean the seam
4. Installation and adjustment of core pulling block:
1) Move the movable block to a proper position and fasten it
2) Adjust the movable block to move the upper and lower dead points and fasten them
2) The up and down stroke is adjusted by the limit rod
Carry out the following maintenance regularly
1. Pay attention to keep a certain amount of oil in the atomizer;
2. At the end of each work shift, the sand shooting head must be removed to clean up the accumulated sand, and the sand in the exhaust plug must be blown off;
3. At the end of each work shift, the accumulated sand on the worktable and column must be completely removed;
4. At the end of each work shift, the remaining sand in the sand bucket must be removed and the inner wall of the sand bucket must be wiped clean, so as not to affect the work due to hard sand accumulation;
5. At the end of each work shift, the condensed water in the machine and main pipe must be drained;
6. All electrical circuits and contacts must be checked frequently, otherwise the cable insulation is damaged and the terminal block of the box is loose, which will cause great loss;
7. Repair the machine once a month and check the sealing surface;
8. Clean the sand in the muffler frequently to ensure its smoothness;
9. The machine is repaired once a year;
10. The machine is overhauled every two years;
