The working principle of the core shooter is to inject the core sand mixture with liquid or solid thermosetting resin as the binder into the heated core box.    1. Check each cylinder, gas path and valve for air leakage, and eliminate it in time.   
   2. Clean the contact surface of each moving part at any time during work. Such as guide sleeve and guide post.   
   3. Regularly check whether the connecting and fastening bolts and nuts of all parts are loose, and tighten them in time.   
   4. Clean the equipment after work every day and thoroughly clean the inside and outside once a week.   
   5. Keep the electric control box and operation surface clean. Close the door tightly after non maintenance or setting time.
